Full payment is due upon job completion unless we have an agreement for direct billing support with your insurer. Late balances may be subject to additional fees. Disputes over billing must be reported in writing within fourteen days of receiving the final invoice.

You are responsible for maintaining utility services, such as power and water, necessary for our equipment to run. If we find unexpected hazardous conditions, pets, or minors in the work area, we may need to pause work for safety until the issue is resolved.

Health and Safety

Our technicians are trained to high IICRC standards and prioritize job site safety. We use necessary PPE, containment barriers, and negative air machines when appropriate.

We use EPA-registered disinfectants according to protocol to ensure a clean environment. We fully comply with all health and safety regulations required within Carrollton, Texas.

Customer Responsibilities

Before our crew arrives, please follow any safety instructions we give you. You are responsible for removing or securing valuables and sensitive items from the work area when asked.
